One typical reason should be the Daedalic titles. If you gave away an individual game in the series then you are likely to see that game become 100P when the game pack is on sale and bring the price below the original price of that individual game.

e.g. The original price of a Deponia title game = $20. The price of Armageddon Bundle was $160 but now it's 90% off so it's $16 < $20. Then one of your Deponia title GA will be 100P right now.

EDIT: right now the problem is 1954 Alcatraz because this game is not on discount and the bundle price is less than game price
