Ways to get ROW games - help needed

Good ‘insert your time of day’ folks! With all this restrictions now I can’t just buy game on steam to giveaway, and I don’t have any experience with other stores to get ROW games, so I need your help guys. Please suggest your favorite/best/cheapest stores and things I should know about them (like if they are selling only in some countries, have limited payment options, have specific sales/discounts/deals or have long and complicated process of registration/purchase).

Oh, and non-store ways to get games are good too, as long as they legal and not abusive. Like trading (it is still possible to trade games INTO restricted countries, right?) or opening a 4-packs.

Later I will sum up this information and add it to my post, so if someone else would looking for solutions it’ll be easy for them.

And since I quite spoiled with local prices I’m not sure I’ll afford to buy something right away, so there will be no GA, sorry guys. Well, I can bestow all of you a title of ‘Mighty Awesome Supporter of All New Contributors and Me Personally’ and dedicate my next public (so the whole world would know of your awesomeness) GA in your honor!

Don't use GMG. They won't say if the key they'll sell You is region locked and if You say that to their support, then they'll just block You.

Never had any problem with GMG, support there is very friendly (at least to me always was).

Ok, prices there is higher, but to me is fine, since i have Playfire credits and now they accept Bitcoin, so, perfect.

I've bough several games from Nuuvem at ridiculous prices. You have to obfuscate your ip (making it based un the US worked for me) in order to shop but once you have your key it's region-free.

Some games sold on Nuuvem are region-locked but it's specified (look at South Park : The Stick of Truth's page and you'll see the warning).

Get a friend from a ROW region is a good option.

You can also use Amazon, since they price match Steam quite a bit.
