THQ bundle question

I noticed that the bundle gives you one key for the main bundle and another for Saints Row. What if I have one of the games already and want to give it away? Will I get giftable copies on Steam?

No, but you're not supposed to give away parts of the bundle anyway. It's against the Humble Bundle's TOS.
