Best time to sell Summer Adventure Cards?!

Just before the 3rd vote time, approx. 9 hours 40 mins from now on.

They have this team event now, but other than that it's pretty similar to the Winter Sale. And during the Winter Sale the cards lost value each day. It is not a good idea to sell them immediately after a new vote starts though since then thousands of people start selling their new cards. Better wait 2-3 hours. If you care about a few cents, that is.

I'd say sell it now if you can, otherwise wait till after the event ends, where they start to rapidly increase in price because of collectors.

Between now and before the third vote. Then before tomorrow morning 10 AM PST since there's going to be a flood of cards at that time. After that, the cards should steadily drop in value until the last day when people start doing some last minute crafting and they go up again.

I'd say the cards will keep going up as people want to win free games. They buy the cards, craft the badge, and hope they win their wishlist. Obviously their wishlist will consist solely of SONAR X3, Clickteam Fusion Dev Upgrade, Indie Graphics Bundle, Steam Greenlight or possibly a game such as Galactic Civilizations 3.
