Hello, I have a question and I didn't know where else to ask it.
Can I recieve money from somebody else on my PayPal account, if my account is not verified?

Yes you can, and the best part is that you can even connect it with steam for example and transfer funds there from your paypal at any time, no restrictions. So if you have no card to withdraw the money with, and your friend gives you permission to use the dosh on steam, then you can just transfer your funds there and go on a purchase spree, if you have the money for it.
