Question: Are some steam keys a series of 25 digits? Fanatical Bundle / "Damned" game

Hi all, I was getting ready to put a giveaway for a game (Damned) from the new Fanatical bundle and noticed the key is series of 25 numerical digits in the format of NNNNN-NNNNN-NNNNN-NNNNN-NNNNN where N= a numeric digit.

Is this a legit steam key format? I can't recall having seen it before. Usually it's a 15 character key, mostly letters.
