Seems legit?
Lol @ that certificate, he really went the extra mile to prove that he's "trustworthy." If he really works for Valve then he should have the Valve Badge (for being in the Official Valve Group) http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Valve

So, when I pull up this profile, it is telling me that he is a Bazaar Admin (thanks to Steam Enhanced), therefore he can most likely be trusted. He also has links, uses SE, and seems to be legit. I'm placing my bets that this is the original account.
The other three accounts, are all fake. (maybe 3 different people, or just one person using multiple accounts, either way a pro scammer.). This user is just very popular, because he has so many connections and trustworthy sources. because he is so popular, he is having numerous amounts of users scam him.
edit: I meant impersonate him, not scam him.

Account owns 1 game. Priceless. It's sad so many people fall for these sorts of scams.

I had a kid send to me "yeah im a legit trader for x site, what you do is, give me your items first, in the trade message tell me what you want and i will buy it for you" so instead of trading the item you want for the items you have, they want you to give them your items first(the scam) and then never get the items you wanted
Valve need to be more pro-active and ban steam accounts that do this non-sense

Some trader account tried to add me on Steam today. That's not unusual, I get friends requests all the time from suspect accounts. Usually I just ignore them and move on.
This time, I was somewhat impressed by the level of craftiness that person has put into their profile to make it sound legit.
This guy's profile has many of the telltale sing of a scammer, "only dealing in high-value items", just one game in library, etc.
However it shows a few things that could confuse a newbie trader:
I'm wondering how many unsuspecting users will actually fall for such a trick.
Edit: Apparently, he's actually emulating another suspect account and simply copied the fake certificate from there.
Edit 2: This guy would appear to be the original account being impersonated. At least that one doesn't have any certificate from Valve and clearly states that he doesn't do any item verification or middlemanning.
Edit 3: I removed the link to the guy's profile as I was told by support that it could be considered calling out even if the user is not registered on Steamgifts. You will have to make due with a screenshot of his profile.
