Will fallout 4 retail redeem on steam

No idea for now, but pretty sure it will - just like Skyrim or New Vegas.

EB games is currently owned by GameStop, they probably just keep the name around for marketing reasons.

No way for us to know. Signs point at yes (looking at their previous games), but who knows? They might decide to create their own form of standalone DRM, that seem to be popular these days.

with the annoucement of Battle.net... ops sorry, Bethesda.net we dont know any more, since FO3 all Bethesda games were Steamworks, but now who knows.
