uplay key format?

Ok so i recently won a giveaway for a uPlay key (i won't specify the game so as to not make everyone jealous but know i will have some nice gibs if i manage to sell/trade it).
it's in the format XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX. does it seem legit?
edit: soz its XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX #failvision

i seem to be pretty lucky at getting free triple A game keys
