Noisy Giveaway - Too late

Do you want a giveaway? Then you should listen to THIS very carefully. The song is not mine, it is under CC license.

Edit: turn down that volume, your ears may bleed... There's also a little hint in the file tag (yep, I updated the link).

You'd better do it quickly, you don't have much time ;)

18 hours left -> Hint 1: thinking with portals (between 1 & 2) may help you...

3 hours left -> Hint 2: There was a satellite which transmitted signals similar to the one you can hear starting at 1.18. Unfortunately it stopped transmitting on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.

1 hour left -> Hint 3: This is not a Fast Scan TeleVision signal.

The puzzle consisted in a SSTV signal added to a song. If correctly decoded, you would have obtained THIS image, which reveals the game and the code for the giveaway.
