can't join payday 2 giveaways

I was here in sg casually joining some giveaways , and when I tried to join a Payday 2 giveaway it says "Exists in account" and my library doesn't agree
bug?
it's in portuguese

how to proceed?

The game is a horrible buggy mess, has a cancerous community and its Pay2win with it's Microstransactions + horrible DLC

I mean, why bother? You can do better

They probably haven't synced their accounts recently. Or they entered before the game went free to play.
It Stinks, I know, but this isn't SG's fault it's Steams.
