I have had time today before bed and I have put it together now because that is when I have time, I wanted to get it done because I am going on a trip and I will surely forget it knowing me. Even so, GAs last several weeks. And if for some reason there is an unwritten rule of putting the GA before starting, I respectfully apologize.

Making a discussion around the start of the giveaway/train is preferred, because the chance of losing this discussion amongst more relevant/current discussions is likely. People may bookmark this discussion, but it's unlikely people will bump a thread for an event that won't start for a few days.
There is no rule against doing it the way you have done, though :)

This year I have really enjoyed my trip on the community train and at the same time I have taken several "souvenirs" with me, in many sections I thought I couldn't keep up but little by little I managed to get to the last cars thanks to the extra time.
I have received more than I have given on this trip so I am going to make a small train since it has few cars to balance the thing.
Thanks to the creators, helpers, organizers, moderators, etc.

P.D: Mostly my GA are duplicates of mostly HB bundles. If a problem arises, a solution will be found. Sometimes I screw up with region locks but until now I have always found a solution either thanks to the community or the moderators.
