I won a giveaway and the gifter wrote in the giveaway's comments:
"Minimum SG Rules Apply : Winner will be checked for non-activated / multiple wins / re-giftings."

Probably he will ask for a reroll, because I don't meet his rules.

About 1-2 years ago I was not so familiar with the rules of SG, so I won "Melter Man", gifter's key was a duplicate, and he offered me another key for marking it as received. I shouldn't have done this although, as I learned later the hard way of blocking me from the site several times for several days.

Another way I was a fool was the Games DLCs, because I didn't knew that if I have a DLC... "Sync with Steam" function does not hide the DLCs I already have..!!!

I exchanged bad words with a couple of people I won their giveaways, because they talked bad language to me as I was a cheater. We blacklisted each other eventually.

And my conclusion-question? How can I see my (and every other user's) non-activated / multiple wins / re-giftings?

For the non-activated there is a solution to buy and activate the game afterwards...

Is there something I can do for multiple DLC wins to be okay in the future?

ga creators can only reroll you if you haven't been suspended for an infraction, or if less than 1 month has passed since your last suspension.

you can fix multiple wins by getting a key/gift for that game and asking one of the ga creators to reroll you. just don't expect too much cooperation from a guy that blacklisted you, or a giveaway that's 1+ years old.

Sorry, but you can get a reroll for multiple non-active wins even if it has been months. I've had it done twice now.

The latter part- which is why the reroll ticket has the weird phrasing it does, when you try to submit one- means that if the user has been suspended within the past month, but hasn't corrected the issue, then you can freely reroll on them within that month. Basically, any suspension for a non-activation/multi-win comes with a 1 month probation period.

If support had already dealt with your past infractions, you have nothing to worry about. You will still receive the key you have won from the GA. The delay in receiving the key is usually due to the GA creator awaiting clearance from support. That delay depends on how fast support resolves that ticket.
