Can't complete the purchase on Steam.

When i try to buy game on Steam the following message appears:
It seems that there has been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please try again after a minute or contact the helpdesk.

The message appears since 1 hour, and i cant complete the transacction. Somebody have this problem, how can i fix this?

Did you try turning it off and turning it on again?

I restarted steam, PC and connection. I contact with steam support and im waiting, but the offer i want ends in 7 hours and today is weekend...

in some cases i wasn't able to buy it was because of the pre-loaded information just delete your credit card information from steam and re write it.
works for me :)
