It's a game that's very often given away by GMG in their "mystery packs", but SG hasn't removed it yet.
So you should be good to go since the promo is another "random" giveaway.

No, been given away a few times like Riedy said but still able to do GA's for it. It's only considered "free" if you can grab it 100% of the time I think.
