Shank 2 control problem

Heyo, dunno if its allowed to ask things like this here, but --

i love playing shank 2 with a friend, but hes always losing the control over his character... the character keeps running and striking around like a retarded cat on cocaine and he cant steer it anyway. in character menu theres no problem, he can choose his character and he got the full control over the game, but when it starts it gets weird.

Hope you can help me in any way :D

It seems like its a problem with the controller itself? Did he try playing another game with that controller? I have a Dual shock 3 controller that does this to me.

Nah, hes playing with keyboard and mouse ... We already tried so much to fix this, but no success <.<

well, thanks anyway... that pretty sucks, after 5 minutes hes losing the control over and over again... restarting pc/steam/router doesnt help ... -.-
