is there a way to get trading cards while not playing?

so i got cople new games but my pc is f****d up and i cant play games at all, but i have about 25 trading cards not droped and as a person that cant wait i realy whant to get them, is there a way to get them while not being in game or such?

Just be sure to not run while playing on a VAC Server.

2) Trade online.

you dont need to play the game sure.. launch the game and alt+tab just hide it

well thats the problem my pc is broken and i cant run almost any game it instantly throws me out
