How many enters for the first win?

no matter how many - you won't win anyways. Everyone knows I'm the only one winning games around here ;p

not complaining, just adding to the convo, in 3 years ive won 7 and given away 4, but no idea how many ive entered in total, to me 7 wins is amazing, better than 0

It took about 1700-2000 entries before I got my first* win IIRC.

My actual first win was the 10,000 key AR-K giveaway which I appreciate but kinda don't count because everyone had an over 40% chance for a key. Not counting that, my first win with long odds came in after about 2700 entries.

Edit: On the other hand, I found out about GalaGiveaways very early on (before they changed how the site worked) and won Skyrim during the Steam holiday sale only a couple months after it released with odds that were only like 1-in-263 or something.

I did about 1500 entries till first win and thats all. Everyone other than me have average 1 win per 300-500 entries in public giveways.

I got mine around 700 even though it was a multiple gift i now can see how lucky i was.

My first win was after about 900 entries, but only because I managed to get into a whitelist =)
It took a bit longer to win a public one.

Because I joined a certain group with daily fifty key giveaways, it took me less than 400 entries. My advice is to get involved, participate in the forums and most importantly; make giveaways to increase your opportunities with GA'S that are restricted based on level. Trust me, it really works! If you only go for public level 0 gibs, you'll need a lot more than 250 entries for a win.
