Yeah, when we feel down we tend to focus on negativity. And because of that it's really hard to see that in fact it's not as shitty as it looks like and that we will be fine. I know this way too well from my example.

That's the more positive VampKitty we're all glad to see ^^ You don't need to thank us, or even show appreciation with GA's. People who care are just happy to see you feeling better, even if just a little bit (every step counts).

And know that you have already done very much in return... to see you transform your outlook into a more positive one also helps others. We are all in the same (metaphorical) boat, regardless of where we come from or where we are. Life deals us with different problems, but in the end we are the same, people trying to live their lives the best they can.
