I enjoyed Majora's Mask the most. I liked the atmosphere, music, masks, and the story.

My favourite was Twilight Princess. Maybe not the best one, but it was definitely my favourite.

I can't choose >.< i really love all of the zelda games atleast the ones that i played, all of them are really really awesome, it is my favorite franchise of all times

I personally prefer the games made for the Gameboy systems, though both Twilight Princess (Wii) and Wind Waker (Gamecube) were enjoyed from the console games. The rest of the games I just can't seem to enjoy.

I'll say Windwaker (Wii-U HD version is pretty great also).
Also, "A Link Between Worlds" on 3DS is pretty outstanding too.

I'd say LTTP as it's the one I've progressed in the furthest (I ashamedly admit I haven't finished any of the ones I've started).
