Well that second part's hint sure is subtle, I don't understand it in the least. Also, I hate you so much right now for making me listen to that.

If I actually get $1 for each time I see her name, hear a comment about her and/or hear one of her song words, I'll gladly do so. This singer makes my brain shut off that much so I won't bother about her normally.

Finally got to the last part and looked at the scrambled code. Printed it out and made origami headphones. I cant hear the solution for Skyrim.
