Hello. My favourite villain is Scarecrow.
But well, as you may understand by my name, I also like Two-Face too.
I'm mostly talking about villains that occured in the previous Batman movies, but you can also write about villains in future Batman movies and about any villain in the Batman universe.
No giveaway for you. Go away! :B

I like Mr. Freeze because it just payed an high price to try research a cure for his wife and other people with the same disease. He isn't bad by himself, he just became cold (literally xD) toward the people because everything is about money and profits. So you can't really hate him as a villain, he doesn't look just to bring chaos and destruction or getting rich.

Overall my favorite is The Riddler even though i didn't vote for him. The reason he's my favorite is because he's been portrayed more consistently (dare I say accurately) than my favorite Batman Villain. The Riddler has been done justice in stories like 'Run, Riddler, Run', Zero Year, and his role in Hush was nothing short of amazing.

On the other hand though, Scarecrow is the most fascinating Batman Villain (and gets my vote). The problem with Scarecrow is that there is VERY few writers that did this character justice. It wasn't really until around 2011 that he started getting A-list attention from writers. This guy is literally your worst nightmare. Your parents are dead, zombie apocalypse, falling to your death, watching your loved ones perish in a horrible fashion, idk your kidneys are gone lol like this character can put you in what you consider the worst possible scenario no matter how drowned in fiction the subject matter is. While other villains can certainly cause mayhem and death, the Scarecrow knows EXACTLY the right button to push to make you die from despair. When done right, this villain is terrifying.

Catwoman, but not as a villan but as an anti-hero. I'm among the few who don't really like the femme fatale role she got in the animated series.
As for actual villains, Riddler and Joker when written right, and Penguin in general ever since he was changed to a classic mob boss. The problem with Joker is that he is just too famous and overused. Very overused. Many of the greatest Batman stories feature him, sure, but also many of the worst ones.

Predictably, almost everyone voted for Joker, but from a psychiatric point of view, Two-Face is MUCH more interesting. This is a guy that was so fucked up in the head with self-loathing, that his fractured mind created a third personality in response to his second. Which then lead to him trying to kill himself without actually knowing he's about to kill himself. Wrap your mind around that one. Schumacher's movies really fucking ruined him. Joker was crazy, but he never reached those levels.

My second favorite is Scarface, for a similar reason. He never developed a third personality, but he was actually genuinely afraid of the puppet, even though the puppet was him. He could maintain both personalities at the same time. And you didn't even put him on the list... WTF????
