1) Your playtime is private on Steam.
2) Sir, You Are Being Hunted doesn't have achievements, which is a must for the game if you want to join with option 1. Since you don't have any other wins you can pick something from your normal Steam library instead (that is unplayed and has achievements).

Question, if I join with Option 2 (by creating a giveaway) am I still allowed to join giveaways made for the group if I of course play them within the said time period or does option 2 make you a "gifter" for the group and only be allowed to do that? Hi JapaniKatti, just to confirm the answer Matwyn is indeed correct. While there are 2 different options to join we don't have 2 kinds of members. The first one you make to join with option 2 should be PA group only, any giveaway after that you are absolutely free to add any groups and/or whitelist (also there is no level/region lock/duration limits, you are free to set those as you see fit).

You are! It needs to have a winner in the end so I would recommend against going with like level 10 so you dont run into the risk of nobody entering but you can set it to whatever you like :)

Hi zhellfox, I took a lot at the game and I can't really see a point it can be defined as beaten or give you some point that I would consider as played good enough to join the group (other than get all the X amount of things done achievements, but that apparently takes about 100 hours so it would be absolutely ridiculous to ask for that and therefore I don't count that as an option). So other than the option you said of waiting for a new win you are have 2 other ones:
1) join with option 2
2) play Lost Planet 3 or Romby which you have unplayed.
Let me know what you decide to do.

Hey again, i'm back and honestly i'm sort of glad to have made an entry with Lost Planet 3 instead because while I would've eventually play it, it would mostly just sit there idle and unplayed up until I gave it a shot and I might have not given it a proper one without a little extra dedication to keep me hooked. But the game pulled me in by itself around the 2 hour mark.
People dislike it because capcom was given the IP to revive it and they approached things differently, it went away from Lost Planet 1 and 2 roots and felt like an arcade dead space/lost planet hybrid. Since I havent played LP1 or LP2 I cannot really tell if thats a good thing or a bad thing but I did enjoy the story alot. Unless a game is MP/co-op only we generally wouldn't request people to play MP (there might have been some exceptions in the past, but I really can't think of anything on the top of my head) so all good there.

Sorry to hear Grey Goo didn't work out for you. Having not played the game myself I can't offer any words of advice.
Indeed, it requiring a minimum of 5 hours of playtime I can not let you back into the group. The best I could possibly offer is to post invite only link(s) to the Steam group chat and Steam discussions of the group. But I have no idea how many people actually pay attention to those and they would not be monitored (as in being played).

- Yes (well, give it an honest effort anyway, some games may require 100 hours to beat, that might be hard to demand from someone within 30 days).
- Yes, within 30 days of the giveaway's ending.
- Beating the game is more than enough, a lot of games don't require beating either, just give it an honest effort in terms of showing that you are playing the game (hours) and having some statistics or achievements, and also screenshots on your profile also help. Go to the website here, log in using your Steam profile, and in the top right hand corner, you can see a menu, you can look at your own won-games progress to gauge how you are doing in terms of meeting requirements. 100% is not necessary.
- You can always make a giveaway for the group only, that way you know that whoever wins the game has the intention of playing the game and giving it a decent effort within 30 days of the giveaway ending. But you can also share giveaways across groups.
Quick note: If you do not play your wins within the 30 day window, you will be kicked from the group. But if you end up taking your time afterwards and playing all of the games that you have won, even outside of the window, you can ask to rejoin.
Quick note 2: I am just a regular group member, so if anyone corrects me, believe them instead... XD

I would first of all turn you to the FAQ of the group which I believe answers most of the questions.
But I will also correct a few mistakes YQMaoski made in their post:

I think the first question ("What is considered playing a game?") in the FAQ goes quite in depth explaining what is the minimum we expect people to play their wins to. We do NOT ask people to full beat their games if they don't like them/don't have the time, but there is a minimum that must be played within a month. Also the time limit is not 30 days, its 32 days. However we do send warnings about the game not being played enough on day 30 just to give some extra headsup for people to play their wins.

As I said, you have 32 days from when you won said game, doesn't matter how many games you won within a day/week/month. So if you don't think you will have the time to play a certain game I would suggest against entering for it.
