Depends on the value of the bundled games; if their value before the "bundled game"-cap exceeds $30, then you'll get partial credit over the base $30 cap -- I believe Mew2 probably has the correct value for your case.
If your bundled games value was already exactly $30 before the "bundled game"-cap, then the $40 answers would be correct.

The first $25 of bundle games counts as non-bundle. So, $10 more of non bundle games would bring your total to $35 non-bundle.
Add to that the remaining $19 ($44 bundle value minus the base $25) up to $7 (20% of your non-bundled $35)
That gives you an amount of $35 + $7 = $42 (minus a few cents since I rounded up everything)
