Game missing from the list

I've recently obtained a spare copy of "SpaceChem" but I can't create a giveaway as it's not in the list. Am I doing something wrong?

Keys for that have been given away for free to such an extent that you can't make giveaways for it.

You already own the game => you don't need the key really much. Anyway, I've possibly found a solution.
