First Issue:
I have a sapphire radeon HD 7970 dual-x oc edition and squeak when i play games and generally whatever use graphics{expept videos online,VLC etc}

my specs:
graphic card mention aboved
OS:windows 8{same thing happens at all windows}
PSU:corsai enthusiastic edition TM-850 watt v2 +80bronze {recommended also from amd site}
CPU:Intel i5 3570k 3.8ghz
Driver version:amd 13,8 beta{it happens at all version indepent if it is beta or original}
I think these are enough for what you need to know.Some games that happens this issue are bioshock infinite,crysis 3{not at meny but in game},battlefield 3{is the one with the softer squeak} etc etc.

ALL the parts are new

Second Issue-Question:
Does this gpu is enough for Battlefield 4 to play it at max setting 1080p{i want answers from guys who knows no people who say i have a gtx 580 and i play metro last light max out 1080 p with 60 fps because they dont know what they say)

Third Issue-Question:
If no at previous question do you suggest me wait for 9xxx series or go for crossfire?

EDIT:at games i dont see this squeak to make them unplayable or harm stability of pc or appear lags or whatever else but is very annoying and i want to get read of it

You mean the actual graphics card squeaks? Have you tried turning on/forcing vertical sync?

1-I'm not sure what you mean but check the connections on GPU and use a manual fan controller.If the sound comes from the fans, check them and oil them if needed.

2-There is no system enough to play BF4 on max settings.

I suggest checking it's fan is spinning correctly, dust free and well lubricated (with your finest in anal lubes as Radeon likes giving it up the rear with their drivers).

If the VGA is doing that squeek maybe you could try contacting Sapphire support. After all this is kind of a premium product.

The motherboard can also make that noise, so make sure you find the right component.
