They get a space cat telling them they won a game.
You can write in the GA you will add them on Steam or send an e-mail.
You can try adding them to your friends list.
If they want to contact you they can also write in the GA.
There are multiple ways of contacting a GA creator.
If they block or ignore you take screenshots, wait 7 days and then ask for a reroll.
If they make it so difficult to give them a present then there are other more deserving people out there.
