Humble should easily be able to tell if you downloaded it or not so a refund is reasonable and should be accepted. If not ask to speak with customer support manager (or someone higher up the food chain than the person who responded to you). Any number of consumer laws are on your side so can easily argue it.

So i thought fair price on Tunic and blindly bought it, turned out it was DRM Free and not a steam key.
Could they see if i downloaded it or not (i didn't) and still get a refund? That's it's weekend and have to wait is not helping me at ease.
