I know that feel bro... but think of all these games... are lying there.. just like an damn kidnaped victim. :'( Crying for help but.. Steam just.. I have to fucking stop thinking about that.. :'( Steam is so.. and this guy is much mo.. :'(

When I give games, which isn't very often but when I have them left over, I like to think that the other person now owns them and what they do with it is out of my hands. That's kinda how I'd like the people who give me games to think, because I might think a game looks fun, win it and get excited, try it out and think "aye, this is like soooo not my type of game" and maybe don't play it ever again.

To be honest, I enter games even if I can't play it at the moment, because I haven't yet a gaming computer (I have to wait two months). I can currently play Source games and small games, but no more.

Doesn't bother me. I know i wont be playing the game, so i still give it away with the chance that someone else may enjoy it. If they don't its out of my hands, so i dont really care anyway. i never really look at what strangers play anyway.

Some people really, really enjoy collecting games. It makes them happy.

You know what "feels" are worse?

When you send a steam gift to the winner and check back a month later only to find out that the winner didn't activate it and he/she doesn't have it in their inventory. Probably traded it away or something for another game. :/

I only enter for games I would play. The problem is I have HUGE backlog, and some games aren't going to be put at the top of that. It doesn't help when every retailer is offering sales right now, and Humble has this bundle thing going on :(

PS: if i remember correctly, i do play, more than half the one i win,even clear some. Only wait to get season pass /DLC/explansion for 2 game remain unplay

The games that I enter for tend to be games that I'm not sure if I'd be into, but they sound kind of neat. If I was really exited to play the game, I'd probably have bought it myself already, or at least put it on my wishlist in hopes of catching it on sale. I imagine some other people are the same way, just looking for potential hidden gems and not really super excited about any of them.

Having no intention to even try the game is kind of lame though, I agree.

Not only you are fully part of the "problem" about your won games but you are even indirectly and directly calling out (you have posted the link to the Steam profile of the winner), and as someone pointed out that to you, you don't even care you are breaking one of the rules of this site, you are just waiting a mod closes this thread and suspends you. I also think maybe you have created that giveaway looking for exactly what you think is a bad winner and then posting your complaint here. In my opinion, for your convenience, you should close this thread (and play as soon as you can Medal of Honor, geez).

Ye, it's really strange to see someone, who has bunch of games in their library, but spend all time only in one stupid FPS shooter. Completely agree.
