All screenshots should be in the game folder of said game in the steam directory.

That's assuming they took all the screenshots from the same PC and that they never did a clean OS reinstallation over the years

in the best case it takes 1s to each request since you have 7k screenshots it will take around 1h.40min to download all screenshots, and again it is in the best case, i don't think that steam allows 60 requests per minute

You can also use GameSave Manager to backup them. If you still have them on your hdd.
