5 new playable characters.
Elena, Poison, Hugo, and other 2 that i dont remember. Some new Ultra/supers. Also they will implement a different defense system instead of the focus attack, you should be able to pick the one you like.

Character balances. Thats what i know.

Correction. Most double ultras will do 75% dmg, very few (zangief, cammy and others) will do 60% dmg).

The server will be steam (instead of GFWL)

There's no "server", like all Fighting games, it peer-to-peer. The "matchmaking" has been changed to Steamworks, and is a complete mess right now, similar to MK9/IGAU.

They announced a while ago that they will sell USF4 as a stand alone, or you could upgrade if you already own SSF4AE. However, the pc version will arrive like 2 months after the console version.

look at how they milked street fighter 2, my guess is just as bad with added DLC as a bonus then theyll attempt to make 5 to do the same

Of course I've heard of Mighty No. 9, I was one of the first to back it! :)
But there was no need to kill off Mega Man....he was still a great seller, and the series that really put Capcom on the map. Why would you just kill an obvious cash cow like that? It makes absolutely no sense from any standpoint, business or otherwise.

Reading a lot about how Capcom may possibly go out of business/bankrupt soon, and if that happens I really hope the rights to Mega Man go to a respectable company, like Nintendo. I think he'd be in great hands with them.

What the fuck are you talking about? The Ultra upgrade just came out for consoles a few weeks ago and this arrives on PC in less than 2 months. And the game was released YEARS ago.
