That comic strip is a little odd. Is it some sort of cat-creature (which makes sense I guess, considering the nature of this thread)? And I don't understand why the woman is getting angry in the last panel.

That's Chen, she's a cat. :3 And the other woman is Ran. Chen is the "house cat", so to speak. She got annoyed because Chen kept demanding for the A/C to get turned on again. :3 At least that's how I interpret it.
