Weirder Puzzle Train

Hello and welcome to my Puzzle Train!

Are you ready for adventure? Mystery? Romance?

Well, I can't promise you all of the above. What I can promise is a non-linear "story", with multiple endings, a bunch of Giveaways and hopefully a headscratcher or two. Waits for applause

In order to get this puzzle train to work (and for me to keep my sanity) I made use of a wixsite I created.
Just replace you answer (aka "decode") in the URL below.

This also means some answers can be more or less than 5 characters, whole words or entire-phrases.

Additional Info/Disclaimer:
Wixsite is not a URL shortener or self promotion - it's a free, personal website I manage just for additional puzzle madness. Since all links will go to the same 'sg-puzzle' site, nothing weird will show up, even if the decode is incorrect. This also allows me to better pre-plan, make more unique puzzles as well and potentially stop some bots (I see you, Secret Sniffer). Hopefully all this effort will pay off.

No Idea exactly how this is going to play out, or what the 'difficulty' is. There's potentially some really hard puzzles. IDK - y'all bunch of smarty-pants. If nobody makes it to the end, the train shall continue on another day.

Tips:

• Feel free to discuss puzzles and clues. But please, no spoilers!
• Don't worry if you die! There's at least 15 Endings.
• If your answer isn't 5 letters, try adding it to the 'sg-puzzle' URL above.
• Letters will always be lowercase for the 'sg-puzzle' URL
• You will NOT need to download any special software. Windows & Google have all the necessary tools to figure stuff out.
• Confirmed all answers work in Firefox & Chrome.
• There's at least 35 Giveaways.
