The ending of MGS 3 Snake Eater. The game that had me closest to tears.

I really liked the moment when Credo died in Dante's hands in DMC4. With the music accompanying it, and Dante making a promise to honor his last request. Was nice. Sad but nice.

The one that really gets me every time is the scene that happens after the major boss battle in chapter 6 of Sora no Kiseki the 3rd. It's more a bittersweet one though because you know the character it involves will be happy, but some people will not be.
