What does it take to become a support person on Steam Gifts :P

Well I've noticed that Steam Gifts is backed up on Support Tickets right now, and I got thinking. What does it take to become a support person in steam gifts or help out in the managing side of it? ;) I wouldn't mind helping out if there were any spaces available :)

Be active a lot, get known, attract the right people, get noticed by the Man, get contacted, accept their offer you cant refuse, get shitstormed from thousands of tickets.

High probability of never being a support member is included.
