Difference between Battlefield 3 Premium Edition and Battlefield 3 Premium?

So I have just Battlefield 3 with one DLC (Battlefield 3: Close Quarters), I like to have the others too, what should I buy Battlefield 3 Premium Edition for 20$ or Battlefield 3 Premium for 15$? both contain all 5 DLCs, but what's the difference? one have the game + DLCs and other just the DLCs?

Premium. Premium Edition includes the game itself i think.

Premium Edition is Battlefield 3 + Premium. Premium is just the upgrade. You need Battlefield 3 to buy Battlefield 3 Premium, but you don't need it to buy Battlefield 3 Premium edition.
