A glitch to change Payday 2 RUS into ROW ?

thats funny, because in order to buy a 4pack as a gift, you already need to use a glitch.

First part of the glitch is you take off your socks and mash chocolate between your toes. Then you have to climb a tree, once at the top scream "Yaaaataaaaa!" Quickly jump down & get a glass of koolaid, offer it to the first person or animal you see. Once all that is done place some tacos ontop of your desktop or laptop and ask gabe nicely.

There's definitely some sort of glitch that people are abusing to get RoW copies of games at the discount price of region-restricted versions. I have no idea how it works, but I've seen people offering "unlimited quantities" of RoW copies of games that are restricted in Russia/Ukraine at prices that are only possible with the store prices in those regions. I haven't heard about anyone getting punished for it yet, but it's certainly possible.

That said, I'm almost certain buying a tradable 4-pack also involves some sort of glitch (normally you have to redeem one directly to your account and get 3 extras), so I'm pretty sure that guy's more interested in driving you away from his competition than in making sure you get an honestly bought game. :p

There is no 4-pack in Russian store. And even a single game can't be bought as gift.

Well, at least there is no legal way to buy giftable copy of Payday 2.

When trading always use the official trade system and you will be 100% safe. In the worst case if Steam removes your traded game just contact support and get your keys/items back.

The stuff you're talking about is an exploit. Definitely a violation of Steam's ToS. If you're planning to buy the games like that, I'm pretty sure it should be safe for the "buyer", but a risk for the "seller".

4 pack as a gift. That seller is exploiting stuff himself. Not trustworthy.
