Sign in/up and go to https://www.greenmangaming.com/vip/
Scroll down the page, add Monster Jam Battlegrounds to your cart and click on 'Get Your Free Game'. Copy the voucher code.
Go to your cart on top of the page and click on 'View Basket'.
Once the page loads, insert your voucher code and then click on 'Proceed to Payment'.
Fill out the details (random) in the next page and then place order.
