Profile - Game library - click on a game you want to review - scroll down (or ctrl+f this text "Rate & Review") and there you can click on 1 to 5 stars and a green text will appear where you can add a review

It seems to be a two hour long promotion, so it may be based in time limitation rather than key limitation, which would also explain the lack of a purchase cap. That, or GMG just really shot themselves in the foot with the latest of a long-running series of poorly managed promotions. Well, or the publisher's foot, but a company like Square Enix shouldn't be too troubled by something of this magnitude. :P

The main concern is that GMG has an official policy of dropping support for purchases after a week, so if this is a glitch in any way, all they have to do is rely on their usual policy and they can freely invalidate the keys after one week's time, without need for further justification. So probably best to use the keys sooner rather than later.

While your sincerity and generosity is nice, encouraging the breaking of site rules really isn't appropriate.

You have to buy copies of the game one at a time, since it only allows you to apply one voucher per cart.
Some of the vouchers appear to be duplicates, as well, so you may have to contact support about that.

Trading isn't permitted on SG.. I would advise against engaging in a trade in the future. Head over to Steamtrades if you wish to trade.

I can only buy one Hitman Go (tried to add it to cart again but says I have already bought the limit). Maybe you can buy the voucher multiple times but not the game unless you create new accounts.
