Buying from US steam.....

I hope that in this thread we can discuss how to buy games from international steam stores to avoid regional pricing. It will certainly be helpful for me and anyone else who has never taken this path before.

I am currently in Australia and normally use Paypal for transactions. What are the ways of bypassing the restriction?

Because if you accidentally hit the create button twice, it creates two threads. It's just a mistake.

there is none. any other way constitutes fraud and can get your steam account banned, the only way is from steam trading/gifting. or there is keysites. amazon, and sites like that, just cant switch your account to a "foreign" account

like i said, find someone from USA you can trust. paypal them the money and let them gift the games for you. Supereasy.

I wont lie I've done it for close friends in the past, but it's risky to do for strangers cause it'd be easy for them to charge you back for the money, seeing as how there is no physical item being sent it's hard to prove you actually delivered the item. If you are looking for a way to get Unrestricted/Lower Priced game, I suggest becoming friends with someone in the USA.
