Now I'm curious about this as I've notice that buying keys from Valve is far more cheaper than buying it from the Steam Market.
Now I know it has to do something about each Region having different prices buying from Valve due to Tax and No Tax.
But still can anyone tell me if its....Good or Bad as I'm not only curious but also cautious about this.

Your only chance of making a profit would be buying from Valve and trading for skins or other items and stuff.

If you are able to do that... you are welcome,
But in the best scenario you could gain 1 cent :\

You have to understand that if someone is selling CS Go Keys in the market, they had to buy them from valve in the first place and if they don't want to loose money they'll have to make them more expensive, so buy them from valve, or just don't buy them, skins don't make play better xD

Atm this is what I see at my Valve and Store. I'm kinda had to use Currency Converter.
Operation Phoenix Key Valve: USD $2.52 (No Tax)
Operation Phoenix Key Steam Market: USD $2.73

The reason people buy from market at higher prices than from Valve is to bypass the requirements of actually owning and installing the game, I suppose. Otherwise there would be no demand to sustain the prices.
Considering taxes, there is no way you can make a profit from buying and reselling, unless you live in a region where Valve prices are incredibly low, I suppose. But if there was a way to make a profit, the market would quickly reach new equilibrium. So I don't believe this is possible.

Making a profit would almost be impossible. Don't forget that steam also charges a fee, so that is probably one of the reasons it is more expensive on steam.

You can't buy them from Valve and sell them for profit. Because there's a 15% tax on everything, so if you sold it for 2.52 again you'd be selling on the market for over 2.80.
