Are they European by any chance? EU law allows them to do that, the rest of us though are still bound by Humble's terms and conditions.

Of course they still could ban you, you'd have to sue them then in the worst case. And people trading games are rarely in the position to afford that.

Just because someone can't legally do something doesn't mean they won't do it, it just means you can sue them when they do.

Edit: It appear at least UK law is very much the same as US law, in that they can also just refuse to do business with you, including disallowing your payments, for absolutely no reason, and it would be up to you to prove it was discrimination of some sort.

I wasn't knowing that brew existed... but I wouldn't offer that because it's brewed with Justicia pectoralis inside!

... oh well, let me check a decently good Latin thesaurus (Gaffiot) for you, and:
justicia is justice as in "compliance with the law" ;
pectoralis is pectoral as in "of the chest".
Hence the translation of Justicia pectoralis is ... transparent? ... and rather in connection with what SaturnArc was telling us...
Whether it's a coincidence or not, I don't know, but it's definitely not the idea of a peace pipe !?!?

They could just ban you by referring to their ToS. You then would have to sue them. They can afford good lawyers and go through all official channels, you probably not.

They can afford good lawyers

They can, but won't. It's a waste of money for them too.

Hey,

Trader here. It is absolutely fine to trade games bought from Humble Bundle, but there are some rules.

  1. Never, I repeat NEVER generate giftlinks and send them to traders. Use only activation keys. (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
  2. If you get a processing payment/purchases limit exceeded error on Humble Bundle, then it means that you account was marked. In that case, it is better to just abandon account and create a new one.
  3. If you are trading your Humble Bundle games, then try to contact support as little as possible and never mention gifting/trading.
  4. Unlink all accounts from HB account(Steam, Origin, Uplay..) as they are able to trace if bought game was activated on account or not.

By the way do you have some key leftovers ;)

Begging isn't allowed here on SG, consider this a warning.

Please re-read the FAQ and Guidelines to prevent any further issues.

I'm pretty sure he wanted to trade

...which is also not allowed on this site.

Now, if this had happened to me, I would have apologized, taken the warning to heart, perhaps reviewed the Guidelines and FAQ to be sure I knew what was expected of me as a user, and gone on enjoying SteamGifts. Thank God my parents taught me how to avoid making life's little problems into bigger ones.

I've never had a problem trading, and still trade gift links.
But I don't look to profit - I only buy bundles I care about, and trade away the leftovers.

just trade keys, not giftlinks and you gonna be fine , also don't buy bundles to resellers. Wherethe say they will give you like 15€ paypal ifyou buy a 10€ bundle
