Look at the entry numbers. No CV granted for those. She really just gives for giving's sake. Playing the CV-hoarding game can be fun, but if you don't have funds for it, then it is an endless struggle. And if you do have funds for it, then you realise that it is mostly pointless. There really is nothing over level 7 on this site that would be worth any effort.

Closed steam groups tend to give better chances than any CV level, and joining them might cost much less than you'd need even for your current level. They require effort and following the rules though, which many people can't or don't want to be bothered with.
Check a few of my won pages to see for yourself - especially in terms of the entries. Most of my stuff is group/WL, both won and sent.

I am creating giveaways now for my own pleasure, how I feel comfortable with it, using methods I am comfortable with, of games I either just still have on my list or I want to give away. I am not looking at the bundle threads or ITAD to calculate the most optimal CV/dollar returns or monitor my sent page several times a day to see if people finally marked everything as received.

Oh boy, have you got some surprises coming. getting 6 was a breeze, 7 to 8 was like being stuck in a tar pit. I'm hardly paying attention to 8-9 because I'm sure it's way better for my sanity. (and I guess I'm kinda burnt out)

There's nothing special at level 10. There was no huge party, no secret society, no people hiding in cake. The whole thing was rather anti-climatic. Even bragging rights wise, there's not much to brag about. I gave away X amount in games to strangers on the internet. It's not even like there are hundreds of giveaways for lvl 10 either. So, don't do it. My two cents anyway.

If you're in it only to win more from giveaways you will probably realize at one point that you would be better off just buying the games you want for yourself, rather than investing literally hundreds of dollars into cheap bundle games to give away only to get to a point where it's easier for you to win cheap bundle games.

I'm pretty sure nobody said that, unless he lives in entirely different world. Any "level" or "something that marks your progression" encourages to progress further, not dicourages from doing so. If anything, that CV might actually make people want to claim on higher levels (like OP), rather than not doing shit "since I have access to the same giveaways anyway".

I would in bundle groups, if they had their own currencies/ratios/systems...! Not CV, but about the same I guess in a way. I still didn't care after a while if I didn't get 5+ in those, even on non-bundle games in some groups.
I actually used to give my bundle stuff away to people for free on a reddit giveaway page, but I barely ever had/got any games at that time. I am kind of addicted now.

I ... didn't give anything away for 4 months or so, since I only entered a couple of huge giveaways for stuff from a page I liked for free games.
All the sudden I learned points would come back, so I started entering stuff, and realized if I gained more levels, I could win more stuff, the leech that I am. After that, an addiction to gain levels snuck in, up til around 7 or 8. Then, I just kinda let it happen, and suddenly I was at 10 one day. Takes a lot of giveaways though, especially if you only did bundle games, like Wolfenstein: The New Order, or The Evil Within, or Just Cause 3, or Transformers - Fall of Cybertron... okay, I won't get on that rant again, but... it's lol-able at some of them in the list if you check the bundle-games page. Shout outs to Shobo for undertaking such a difficult job though!
Of course I tried to cheat the system for CV and gave some of those away, but the list knew I found them through price glitches, so I got my usual 15% /endsarcasm
In all honesty, I have given away very little at full price on here, though I have mixed up a few non-bundle games in there. Of course, most later become bundled anyway, so meh... what does it matter. Just give, and expect nothing in return is my real mantra. User can thank me on winning, curse me out after winning, not respond, blacklist me after, never touch my games.
It's theirs, and it's my gift to them - absolutely no strings attached.
