Ever buy so many bundles that you get one for games you already have?

Pretty much every bundle is like this.

I was thinking of doing a big bundle giveaway too xD

I used to do that with all Humble Bundles. I would buy it even if I had all games from it. I stopped a while ago cause I decided that I could spend this money on something I didn't have.

But it happens that I buy bundle just for one game (if I already own the rest).

same, my notepad unused key list is already 549 lines. >.>

so divide that by 3 then that is the count of bundles games that is unused.

If you're wondering why divide by 3:

Unless you only have a few games or only have really expensive games that don't get bundled, this will happen.

i'm not buying bundles if i already have all games. if price ain't high, i may get bundles where i don't own at least one game.
on topic... i have Super Panda Adventures on my all 4 desura accounts. have few other games that are on all of those as well

My only suggestion is to keep your steam client open when you look at bundles, to check what you already own... :)

yes I did it during the humble bundle daily ones they had going I got the soulcaster 1 and 2 when I had them already from groupees

It's not the question if I have a game from a new bundle already, but if there are any games in it that I do not have already.

It was awkward when I bought a bundle, thinking that I didn't own three of the games... and owned every single game in the bundle. Oops.

I usually remember to check before purchase, but I do remember buying a game on sale at GMG and when I went to activate on steam it said I already owned it. Turned out the GMG name was slightly different and I missed it in my library when checking.

I only do that when there are comics or music in the bundle that I really want :c

I've gotten one with games I have, but typically included a couple of other games I really wanted. I'm pretty good about remembering what I own still and if I'm not familiar with the name of the game I always check the Steam page for it anyhow and that will indicate if I own it or not.

Yes, it's definitely getting harder to find bundles without any games I already own. Generally, I try not to buy bundles where I already own half or more of the games in it. Unless there's something I really want in them, it's too many duplicates for me. I don't mind buying bundles with a few duplicates if I don't have most of the other games and want at least some of them (and think the cost is a good deal for me).

I usually get them by trading, when i only want ONE game on a huge bundle.
