I hate this "US only" on everything digital on Amazon... Even Magicka: Wizard Wars requires a US billing address for... the link to the Steam page/Steam download link? Can someone confirm that?

You don't need VPN for Amazon, just register US address to your account and it allows you to buy it. Though some keys have region locks on them.

Just like himohillo said. Just use an US billing address and you're good to go. Every key I've bought has worked like a charm back here in Finland!

Not likely since borderlands goty never went past 75% on steam, so i can't see an even newer one beat amazons 80%.
Although steam has offered this at 80% in the past, still can't see it going any cheaper.

I bought the Complete version for 10$ about a 9 months ago. You should know that Goty version =/= Complete version, because the first one doesn't include all the DLCs.

From what I can tell, only stores that sell Mac version games seems to sell the Complete Version. I think its one of those things they do, where they give more DLC with the Mac version as compensation for releasing that one last. There's a few digital stores that sell it, so you'll just have to keep your eyes open.

Yeah, Steam tells me I have 15 out of the 45 DLCs and that's after buying the GOTY Edition.
I've never seen a Complete Version before with absolutely everything included. Is it a console version?

Borderlands 2 is a steamworks title, you can't not activate it on Steam. It's also steamplay so you can buy the mac version though mac versions even for steamplay titles tend to be more expensive.
