Edit: Scratch that, I got it from Opium Pulses' Impulse Bundle. I had seen it free before though, but that was on sketchy and/or low quantity and/or lottery sites, so I never got lucky there.

you can delete a GA anytime. just go back into your GAs, click onthe page, and there's an option to "Delete Giveaway" I think.
If it's already over, and you wanna delete it, you have to ask the winner for permission to delete it, and then send in a support ticket, and then support will remove it.
As sighery says, you can delete a GA, but you lose 3 GA slots.

Thanks for the confirmation. The problem is there is no winner. I messed up and threw a ridiculous level restriction on it. Does it matter if I make a new GA for the right away or do I have to wait for support to delete the original?

Right now I can make another 7 giveaways it says. Seems to work out with the math you provided. 16/3 = 5 and change. You seem to be right about the giveaway with no winners not counting towards my GA totals.

oo yeh, then you can just make the GA then, no need to wait... i mean you had no winners, so it doesn't count towards your GA totals, so you can reuse that key i think? i've had GAs with no winners before.
You wouldn't need to delete it then if it's over. just remake the GA with a lower lvl restriction!
