For the record, there is no driver for that keyboard. The Downloads section of the manufacturer's site lists "Keyboard and Mouse Drivers" but has no keyboard drivers at all. So, no....I cannot download for you something that does not exist.

Which is an illogical assertion. A product that is marketed in all regions, yet only some regions get the software drivers? No, not likely at all. A vast majority of keyboards use the regular keyboard driver that is included with Windows.... with the exception of ones with extra keys and functionality like Logitech keyboards as one example, I'm sure there are others. However, that particular keyboard doesn't appear out of the ordinary to require other drivers.
And, now that I read further down in this thread, I see that someone actually took the time to look up a more definitive answer instead of just logically reasoning things out. There is no software... so once again, you can't download what doesn't exist.
However, that also means that whatever functionality can be assigned to those keys should be able to be done via the keyboard itself.

Can the macros be text edited (and use normal key names) and does this NORMALLY come with software?
A: There is no software. The Macro's work like this: Press the record key on the top of the keyboard. Then press the 'G' key you want to program. Perform the action you want the key to perform. Press the same 'G' key again. Done!
