Without script there is no way to see everyone who solved the ITH's. And I'm not aware of any script which allows you. Since all solvers are saved on the site the data is probably existent. I guess you would have to talke to the site creator if there is a way for this too happen.

For the second part of your text. It wouldn't help much since people can enter and solver the puzzle without being registered on the site which results in a lot of anonymous. One can easily say he is one of those and not by a leaked link.
