Not a big fan of management games, but Rimworld and Prison Architect are the exeption to the rule for me :)

Sometimes I just enjoy building rooms and putting people in it. I find something very satisfying about that. I remember playing XCOM for the first time. Choosing what kind of building to build in base was just great. But then I had to do shooting too :/
Similarly it was fun to play Recettear and haggle and choose what items to sell, but dungeon crawling sometimes drove me crazy.
Also management genre is quite wide, so idk
