Give away for Owned DLC not listed as owned.

Steam doesn't report owned DLCs to other sites or users, outside of a random few. So SteamGifts can't tell you own it.

There are similar problems with some complete packs like with Trine 2 (at least I came across), best bet is to just check your dlc's and if you got it already just click the hide button

Delta ya know I was wondering that. I did go back into my profile to make sure it was there.
